Yes, you will receive a link in your confirmation email allowing you to modify or cancel your appointment up to 2 hours before the scheduled time.
Do I have to pay when booking ?
No, online booking is completely free. Payment is made in store on the day of your appointment, after the fitting of your jewelry.
How long does the session last ?
Each session lasts approximately 20 minutes per person. If you come with someone, plan for an additional 20 minutes per person.
What happens if I haven’t chosen my jewelry yet ?
No problem! You can make an appointment without having made your choice. Our team will help you select the perfect piece of jewelry when you come to the store.
Can I come with friends or family ?
Absolutely! You can come with up to 4 people. Indicate the total number of people when booking.
