Important information — By continuing to browse this site, you are informed that we use cookies in accordance with this policy. You can disable them at any time via our consent banner or by following the instructions in the Managing your cookies section.

    01 · Definition What is a cookie?

A cookie is a small text file placed on your device (computer, smartphone, tablet) when you visit a website. It allows the site to remember information about your visit — such as your preferred language, your basket or display settings.

    Cookies allow us to:

    • Ensure the essential features of the site work properly
    • Remember your preferences to improve your experience
    • Analyse traffic in order to optimise our content and services
    • Secure your browsing and protect your data

02 · Types of cookies What we place.

    1. Strictly necessary cookies

These cookies are indispensable to the operation of the site. They cannot be disabled because they enable basic navigation and the use of essential features. They do not require your consent (legitimate interest — GDPR art. 6.1.f).

    • Session cookies — keep your session active during your visit
    • Security cookies — protect your data against unauthorised access
    • Preference cookies — remember your language and region choices
    • Basket cookies — retain the products selected in your basket

    2. Analytics cookies

With your consent only, we use Google Analytics to measure and analyse traffic to the site. The data is anonymised (truncated IP address) and does not allow you to be identified personally.

    • Visit duration and bounce rate
    • Traffic source (search engine, social networks, direct link)
    • Device type and operating system
    • Approximate location (city / region — without identification)

You can refuse Google Analytics tracking by installing the official Google add-on.

    3. Booking cookies (Amelia)

Our appointment booking system (Amelia) places functional cookies to keep your session active during the booking process and to remember your preferences (time zone, language).

    4. Marketing cookies
