We measure your wrist or neck precisely for optimal comfort. The jewelry should be:
- Not too tight (comfortable for everyday wear)
- Not too loose (should not slide off)

Yes, we can remove the jewelry in the store if necessary. We carefully cut it with special pliers. The jewelry cannot be recovered after removal.
