Does it hurt?
No, absolutely not! You will only feel a slight warmth for a few seconds. The process is completely painless. Our customers are always surprised to see how comfortable it is.
How long does the session last?
Plan for 20 minutes total:
- 5 min: Choosing the jewelry and charms
- 5 min: Size adjustment
- 5 min: Welding
- 5 min: Final checks
Is it really permanent?
Yes! The jewelry is welded and does not come off. It’s designed to last a lifetime. If you want to remove it someday, come see us in the store and we will cut it delicately with professional pliers (free service).
Can I go through airport security gates?
Yes, without any problem! The bracelets/necklaces do not trigger standard metal detectors. You can travel with complete peace of mind.
Can I have an MRI with my jewelry?
No bracelet should be worn during an MRI. Technicians always ask to remove everything. Inform the medical staff about the presence of your permanent jewelry before the examination.
Can I swim with it?
Absolutely! Your jewelry is water-resistant, chlorine-resistant, salt-resistant and sweat-resistant. No activity restrictions.
Will the jewelry tarnish over time?
No! Our 14-karat gold jewelry does not tarnish and keeps its natural shine. You can wear it 24/7 without special maintenance.
What happens if I gain/lose weight?
Come back to see us in the store to adjust the size or offer you a new piece of jewelry with a discount on the new model.
Can my jewelry break?
Our jewelry is very resistant. In case of violent impact (rare), we repair it for free if there is a manufacturing defect.
Can I come with my baby/child?
Yes! Families are welcome. Please note that a young child should be accompanied by another person during the welding.
Can we come in a group?
Absolutely! It’s a moment to share. Simply book one slot per person (20 minutes each).
